The Hanseatic Pullman	Fly from London, hotel overnight spend a day at MW, second night in hotel and return home the following morning.	18/04/10	20
The Flying Dutchman	This trip begins in Amsterdam, members make their own way to and from, we then take the train for the 5 hour journey to Hamburg, with two overnight stays and a full day at the Exhibition.	20/05/10	24
The Hamburg Express	The Hamburg Express, we travel by train all the way from London St Pancras, two overnight stays at a hotel and take the train home. We have a full day at the Exhibition.	04/06/10 23/07/10 25/08/10	50 for each
The Northern Flyer	Due to a lack of response the Northern Flyer for 2010 has been postponed with the next planned for 2011. The Northern Flyer, fly from Manchester, hotel overnight spend a day at MW, second night in hotel and return home the following morning	09/02/11	15
The Flying Scotsman	Fly from Edinburgh, hotel overnight spend a day at MW, second night in hotel and return home the following morning	19/03/10	15
The Overlander	Coach from Stevenage and Newmarket to the Netherlands via an overnight ferry and then to Hamburg. Spend six hours at the Exhibition and then return overnight to the UK. (There are no hotels stays involved)	10/09/10	40

Payment Method (Hanseatic Pullman, Flying Dutchman, Northern Flyer and Flying Scotsman)

Once you have decided that you would like to participate in any of the organised trips then use the PayPal button below to pay a non-refundable deposit of £60. This can be done up to 4 weeks before the departure date. The deposit, which covers MW entrance and tour fees and basic administration, will secure your place and allow us to continue with the arrangements.

By the 4-week point before departure you must pay the balance of the cost. In this instance the balance will be paid to Travel Counsellors.

Payment Method (Hamburg Express)

We are using Railbookers for these trips, all funds will be deposited in a trust and will not be paid to Railbookers until your trip is complete. Each trip will be given a reference number and you will be asked to call the Railbookers Call Centre (telephone number to follow). Railbookers will require you to pay a deposit of £75 per person. The arrangements for the balance will be detailed according to how close you make the booking to the departure date.

Paying a Deposit (not for the Hamburg Express)

In order to pay the deposit of £60, please contact the club, we will issue a request for the deposit by email once the trip has enough people to make it worthwhile.
