Payment Method (Hanseatic Pullman, Flying Dutchman, Northern Flyer and Flying Scotsman)
Once you have decided that you would like to participate in any of the organised trips then contact the club and we will arrange to send you an email with a PayPal button to pay a non-refundable deposit of £60. This can be done up to 4 weeks before the departure date. The deposit, which covers MW entrance and tour fees and basic administration, will secure your place and allow us to continue with the arrangements.
By the 4-week point before departure you must pay the balance of the cost. In this instance the balance will be paid to Travel Counsellors.
Payment Method (Hamburg Express)
We are using Railbookers for these trips, all funds will be deposited in a trust and will not be paid to Railbookers until your trip is complete. Each trip will be given a reference number and you will be asked to call the Railbookers Call Centre (telephone number to follow). Railbookers will require you to pay a deposit of £75 per person. The arrangements for the balance will be detailed according to how close you make the booking to the departure date.
